Abstract

Cloud computing has been a remarkable technological approach because of its role on making both hardware and software oriented resources efficiently usable over the Web platform. Since first introduction of the concept of Cloud Computing and its essential features, many different Web techniques to employ it for Web based tools have been introduced. Today, users can perform most of their works over the Web in a fast and practical way thanks to the Cloud Computing. Objective of this study is to explain some essential points regarding to an idea of general model for renting computer systems over a common platform of Cloud Computing. As based on the ideas by the author and Utku Kose in their book, a simple model of computer system renting that may be alive in the near future has been discussed in order to improve ideas about influence of Cloud Computing in our life.
